No. In order to provide the best price possible, all our products are listed on-line and we don’t mail out printed catalogues.
How long does it take you to ship my order?
For fastest service rush delivery is available but is expensive. UPS ground normally takes from 7 to 12 days.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Our flat shipping fee of just $7.95 for orders under $100, FREE shipping on orders over $100 on orders shipped via UPS Grpund, and $20 for all orders shipped via DHL Rush Delivery.
Do you ship international?
We do not ship Internationally. We ship only in US.

What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied, we will refund your money! Return the item to us in 30 days of receipt and we will give your money back. Shipping fees are not refundable.

We try to pack all the orders as much care as possible. If you product comes damaged, email us at within 2 days. You must send back the damaged item with the original invoice for an exchange, but before send the order back please email us.

-In the left side of every page you'll see a list of products categories. Begin shopping by clicking on one of these product categories. When you click on a category, you'll see a page with pictures of products. Some categories have more than one page. If a category has more than one page, to see the other pages, click on the picture who represent those categories, and you will link to desired categories.
-Click on a product picture to see a page that has a larger version of the picture you click on and a more detailed description of the product. The gift's page also has an Add to basket button. Click the Add to basket button to place the gift in your basket. You use our site's basket to hold the items you want to purchase until you are ready to place an order.
-After you place a product in your basket, if you want to look at more decorations, click the Continue Shopping button. Once you finish adding products to your basket and are ready to place an order, click the Checkout button. The next pages are online forms for you to fill out. Some of the information we'll ask you for is required; some is optional.
To complete your purchase, you must fill in all required fields.

How do I remove an item from my basket?
To remove a gift from your basket, click the Remove box to the right of the item you want to remove and then click the Update button to adjust the total amount due.
All of the products you see in our online store are typically in stock and ready to ship. If for some reason the item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you immediately.
